Job Description

Role Overview:

  • Join a fast-growing Risk & Compliance Solutions team focused on regulatory compliance, risk management, and internal controls.
  • Serve clients including asset managers, alternative asset managers (private equity, private credit, real estate, hedge funds, venture capital), wealth managers, digital wealth platforms, digital assets, and other capital market intermediaries.
  • Contribute to developing robust internal controls, optimizing compliance frameworks, and improving business performance.
  • Work in a flexible yet stable environment, managing your time effectively while delivering high-impact results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide regulatory advice to fund management and wealth management clients on compliance, risk, and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct compliance reviews, internal audits, and control assurance reporting to identify gaps, assess risks, and recommend improvements.
  • Support clients in implementing enterprise risk management and compliance frameworks.
  • Deliver outsourced compliance services, including regulatory reporting, monitoring regulatory changes, assisting with AML/KYC reviews, and reporting to senior management.
  • Advise clients on MAS regulatory requirements, including licensing, reporting, sales and product compliance, AML/CFT, business conduct, outsourcing, culture, and technology risk.
  • Manage key stakeholder relationships and communicate findings, recommendations, and industry updates effectively.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Commerce, or related field from a local or overseas university.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in regulatory compliance, internal audit, risk management, or controls, preferably in a Big 4 audit firm, regulator, or financial institution.
  • Understanding of asset management, private wealth management, or digital assets is preferred.
  • Proven academic track record.
