Role Overview:
- Join a fast-growing Risk & Compliance Solutions team focused on regulatory compliance, risk management, and internal controls.
- Serve clients including asset managers, alternative asset managers (private equity, private credit, real estate, hedge funds, venture capital), wealth managers, digital wealth platforms, digital assets, and other capital market intermediaries.
- Contribute to developing robust internal controls, optimizing compliance frameworks, and improving business performance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide regulatory advice to fund management and wealth management clients on compliance, risk, and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct compliance reviews, internal audits, and control assurance reporting to identify gaps, assess risks, and recommend improvements.
- Support clients in implementing enterprise risk management and compliance frameworks.
- Deliver outsourced compliance services, including regulatory reporting, monitoring regulatory changes, assisting with AML/KYC reviews, and reporting to senior management.
- Advise clients on MAS regulatory requirements, including licensing, reporting, sales and product compliance, AML/CFT, business conduct, outsourcing, culture, and technology risk.
- Manage key stakeholder relationships and communicate findings, recommendations, and industry updates effectively.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Commerce, or related field from a local or overseas university.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in regulatory compliance, internal audit, risk management, or controls, preferably in a Big 4 audit firm, regulator, or financial institution.
- Understanding of asset management, private wealth management, or digital assets is preferred.
- Proven academic track record.
