Role Description:

We're looking for a dynamic Asset Origination Manager to join our fast-growing team and play a key role in shaping the next wave of Real World Asset (RWA) innovation.

In this role, you'll report directly to the Asset Origination Director and work closely with the Founder & Group CEO, collaborating across our core teams in Singapore and Hong Kong. You'll be at the forefront of our mission to bring real-world assets on-chain, driving our RWA listing strategy and Go-to-Market roadmap.

Your work will span deal structuring, pre-listing due diligence, post-listing monitoring, and market research, ensuring that every asset we onboard meets the highest standards of compliance and market readiness. This is an opportunity to make a tangible impact in a rapidly evolving space where traditional capital markets meet Web3 innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Originate, evaluate, and structure new assets for potential listing on our licensed exchange.
• Collaborate with the business team to craft go-to-market strategies and integrate assets into the DeFi ecosystem.
• Lead the end-to-end listing process, including due diligence and ensuring legal and regulatory compliance.
• Partner with legal, compliance, operations, marketing, and technology teams to bring real-world assets on-chain.
• Build and manage relationships with external stakeholders, including asset managers and Web3 projects.
• Research and execute origination strategies, including market analysis, deal sourcing, and investor education.
• Stay ahead of trends in traditional capital markets and decentralized finance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related discipline.
• 2–5 years of analytical experience within the financial industry.
• Strong foundation in capital markets or investment management (preferred).
• Familiarity with DeFi and the broader Web3 ecosystem.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work across diverse teams.
• Multilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin is a plus, given the cross-border nature of the role.
