Asset Management Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Receiving Incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders Sort, organize and retrieving stock
• Package items and label correctly, scan delivered items and ensure quality
• Report damaged or missing inventory to supervisors Stack and organize large bulk items
• Update logs and documentation for inventory processing Keep neat and clean warehouse premises
• Organize and maintain records of inventories up to date.

Requirements:

• Diploma/college degree or above
• Able to speak Mandarin in order to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates and customers
• Asset management, warehouse management or IDC related experience is preferential
• Basic knowledge about IDC facilities
• Familiar use Office tools such as EXCEL
• Can work under pressure, and accept overtime work sometimes
