Role Description
The Asset Management Investment Research Analyst plays a key role in supporting portfolio managers and senior investment professionals through in-depth market, sector, and company analysis. This role involves monitoring global financial markets, conducting fundamental and quantitative research, and generating actionable investment insights to guide asset allocation and portfolio construction. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct fundamental research on equities, fixed income, and alternative assets across multiple geographies and sectors.
- Analyze macroeconomic trends, industry developments, and company financial statements to identify investment opportunities and risks.
- Develop financial models, forecasts, and valuation analyses to support investment recommendations.
- Prepare detailed research reports, investment memos, and presentations for internal committees.
- Monitor portfolio holdings, track performance drivers, and highlight potential adjustments.
- Collaborate with portfolio managers to evaluate new investment strategies and optimize asset allocation.

Qualifications
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field.
- 16 years of experience in asset management, investment banking, or equity research.
- Strong knowledge of financial markets, valuation techniques, and portfolio management principles.
- Proficiency in financial modeling, Bloomberg/FactSet, and Excel-based analysis.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex findings clearly.
- Highly analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Professional certifications such as CFA or CAIA are advantageous.
