Responsibilities

• Collaborate with a small team to manage portfolio companies as an external director or in a similar role.

• Strengthen internal controls and corporate governance frameworks.
• Improve financial and operational systems, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting.
• Oversee the establishment and functioning of the board of directors and management structure.
• Work with the team to execute exits and strategic transfers to investors.
• Identify and source new investment opportunities utilizing networks and asset management insights.

Requirements

• A relevant Degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of practical experience in Consulting, Investment Banking, or Corporate Finance.
• Solid understanding of M&A processes, business improvement, and portfolio management.
• Proven capability in managing governance and operational tasks effectively.
• A proactive approach to tackling business operations and investments.
• Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude towards challenges.
