The team is responsible for production Assembly & Test Process Control in Wuxi China.
. Be responsible for online Assembly & Test Process Control to meet all aspects of, yield, quality, output goals.
o Process flow implementation.
o Manage MES System.
o Monitor assembly and test performance.
o Label management.
o Prelim test failure analysis.
. Online trouble shooting.
. Process flow & productivity Improvement.
. Assist supervisor/lead to manage the team performance.
. Respond to other team's request Communicate with other teams (production, process, quality and facility) if needed.
. A strong sense of responsibility, can bear hardships and stand hard work, good team cooperation ability, good at communication and learning.
. Be fluent use in MS office, computer.
. Can read BOM and drawing.
. Have UNIX/Linux OS and related applications knowledge is preferred.
. Can work by shift pattern (day/night shift).
. Work experience in electronic, electrical product manufacturing is preferred.
. Fresh graduates are also acceptable.
. Associate degree or above
