Working day: 5.5days/week (MON - FRI 0830-1730 SAT 0830-1230)
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble mechanical, electromechanical or profilebased systems/components according to engineering/assembly drawings & specifications.
- Carry out fitting, positioning, fastening of parts, subassemblies and complete modules.
- Perform inhouse assembly and possibly onsite installations with the assembly team.
- Troubleshoot basic mechanical / alignment / fastening issues during assembly.
- Collaborate with design / engineering / production teams to suggest improvements in assembly methods or part designs.
Requirements
- Prior experience in mechanical assembly is preferred, but fresh graduates with strong aptitude will also be considered.
- Ability to read and understand mechanical drawings, sketches, parts lists.
- Good hand skills experience using hand tools, fixing fasteners, torquing etc.
- Willingness to work overtime when required.
- Strong attention to detail committed to quality.
- Good attitude, able to work under supervision, and as part of a team.
