Assembly Technician

Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain manufacturing facilities, jigs and fixtures, and equipment.

• Monitor production processes and perform troubleshooting to minimize downtime.

• Conduct equipment calibration and quality checks to ensure consistent production standards.

• Performed preventive maintenance on production machines.

• Set up of new production stations and resolved hardware/software issues.

• Maintain accurate production and equipment documentation.

• Collaborate with engineers and quality teams to improve production efficiency.

• Ensure compliance with SOPs and workplace safety regulations.

Requirements

• Min Higher Nitec in Mechanical, Electronics, Manufacturing, or related field, or equivalent qualification.

• Willing to work after hours or weekends when required.

• Able to handle and lift items weighing between 5kg to 10kg.

• Basic computer knowledge and skills.
