Responsibilities:
- Lead regional commercial execution to drive profitable sales growth through disciplined, standardized sales processes
- Enforce consistent sales cadence, funnel management, forecasting accuracy, and full Salesforce adoption across the team
- Drive accountability for pipeline quality, velocity, pricing discipline, and achievement of sales KPIs.
- Build, coach, and develop a high-performing regional sales team with clear performance feedback and development plans.
- Build strong relationships with key customers and partners, acting as escalation point for negotiations, risks, and critical issues
- Partner closely with internal teams (Operations, Finance, Engineering, Marketing, Legal, Customer Service) to ensure aligned execution and customer commitments.
- Deliver accurate sales reporting, forecasts, market insights, and CRM data as a single source of truth for senior leadership.
Requirements:
- Degree in Business / Engineering
- At least 10 years of progressive commercial experience in industrial, aviation, or engineered services markets
- Strong financial acumen
- Expertise in Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
