Role Description- Manage the product lifecycle, including planning for product launch, discontinuation, and lifecycle processes, ensuring smooth execution of product management tasks.
- Develop and implement product strategies (4Ps) in alignment with regional and subsidiary needs; collaborate with local teams to adapt and execute marketing strategies effectively.
- Drive knowledge transfer and product enablement; create marketing materials and training content for regional teams, and support customer research and market analysis to strengthen competitive positioning.
- Act as a bridge between frontline teams and R&D, identifying key issues and requirements to facilitate solutions and product improvements.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree or above in Medical Imaging, Clinical Medicine, Biomedical Engineering, or related fields (advanced degrees preferred).
- Minimum 23 years of experience in ultrasound product marketing or related roles, including sales, marketing, or clinical support.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills; ability to work effectively across teams and functions.
- Proficiency in English as a working language.
