What You'll Lead

Regional Growth & Strategy

Build and execute APAC go-to-market and expansion plans

Identify high-value markets, smart-city programs, and development corridors

Own enterprise market penetration and regional P&L outcomes

Government & Institutional Partnerships

Engage ministries, planning authorities, SWFs, and public-sector innovation teams

Lead city-wide pilots, national programs, and strategic negotiations

Commercial Leadership

Drive revenue growth with developers, REITs, planners, and capital groups

Shape long-term enterprise partnerships and multi-market deployments

Product Localization

Guide zoning intelligence, feasibility logic, and dataset localization for APAC

Surface regional product opportunities and regulatory innovation needs

Talent & Regional Operations

Build high-performing regional teams across sales, partnerships, and operations

Ideal Candidate

1220+ years in real estate development, PropTech, urban planning, or enterprise SaaS

Strong track record leading APAC expansion or government partnerships

Deep relationships with top developers, ministries, REITs, and institutional investors

Executive presence + ability to navigate complex regulatory and real estate ecosystems
