Support and administer the review and communication of HR policies and processes
Contribute to Employer Branding initiatives by crafting authentic employee narratives that highlight our EVP, culture, and core values and supporting our social media channels.
Create contents for employee engagement and communications using videos, EDMs and other online platforms, e.g., Canva, Powtoon, Vimeo etc.
Design and develop HR dashboards and analyse data to collect and derive people insights
Coordinate and manage endtoend interview logistics, including scheduling, sending calendar invites, arranging video conference links, securing venues, and ensuring timely followups
Review and screen resumes against defined job requirements, providing a shortlist of qualified candidates
Maintain accurate, uptodate recruitment data and ensure timely updates across tracking sheets and databases.
Support background verification processes and assist in facilitating a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
Provide administrative support such as preparing HR documents, drafting internal communications, and maintaining HR databases and tools
Any other projects and ad-hoc duties that may be assigned
Requirements
Undergraduate currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Communications, or business-related degree.
Passionate about people and culture, looking to gain hands-on experience in the Human Resource field
Proficient in written and spoken English
Proficient in MS Office Applications including Powerpoint, Excel, Visio and experience in video-conference platforms such as Zoom and TEAMS
Proactive, creative, detail-oriented
Good communication skills with systematic thinking
Responsible, demonstrate positive work attitude and ethics, has good abilities to deal with challenging tasks in a fast-paced environment
Previous work experience or internships in related fields is a plus.
Prior experience with HRIS such as SAP SuccessFactors is a plus.
