Job Description
Provide L3 application and user support for GMI (FIS), an investment banking application.
Handle production support, incident troubleshooting, problem management and maintenance.
Strong hands-on AS/400 / IBM i technical experience is mandatory.
Experience with RPG/RPGLE, CL/CLLE, DB2/400 and SQL is preferred.
Banking / investment banking experience is an advantage.
GMI application/domain knowledge is not mandatory; training will be provided after onboarding.
Strong troubleshooting, RCA and stakeholder communication skills
