Artistic Director

Job Scope:

• Oversee the artistic and technical direction of lighting and production elements

• Plan and manage lighting and technical setups for shows and events

• Collaborate with creative and production teams to support overall artistic vision

• Supervise technical operations during rehearsals and live executions

• Manage technical equipment, systems, and maintenance

• Ensure safety standards and operational procedures are followed

• Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure smooth production flow

• Manage schedules, resources, and technical teams effectively
  
  Requirements:
  Relevant experience in lighting design, technical production, or live event operations

  Strong understanding of lighting systems and technical equipment

  Ability to translate creative concepts into technical execution

  Experience leading technical teams and managing production workflows

  Strong problem-solving skills and ability to perform under pressure
