Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement long-term career strategies
- Work closely with artistes, band, music directors and technical team
- Planning and managing production schedules
- Conceptualisation of show
- Developing show rundown and planning rehearsals
- Overseeing production process including choreography, performances and lighting
- Ensuring a project stays within budget and on schedule
- Executing and monitoring show
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management
Requirements
- Diploma or equivalent qualification
- Passionate event planner with at least 1 - 2 years of event management experience
- Experience of organising events
- Detail-oriented and insightful
- Strong and resourceful planner - able to manage complex tasks over a defined period
- Ability to handle pressure, multi-task and work within tight schedules / deadlines.
- Good interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Able to manage suppliers to maximise their service levels while maintaining good working relations
- Strong budget management skills
- Experience in report writing and management of summary documents
