About the Role
Were seeking an AI Researcher to design, prototype, and ship generative AI/ML solutions. Youll run experiments, build models in PyTorch/TensorFlow, and turn research into production with the engineering team.
Responsibilities
You will conduct applied research in CV, NLP/LLM, ASR/audio, LVLM, or Embodied AI.
- Design, implement, and evaluate models (supervised / semi / self / unsupervised).
- Prototype in PyTorch/TensorFlow; run experiments and report results.
- Collaborate with partners/engineers to move low-TRL research to high-TRL products.
- Share progress and insights regularly; contribute to code reviews, architecture, and docs.
- Uphold ethical research and coding practices. (Publishing is valued but not required.)
- (Senior) Mentor teammates and provide technical guidance.
Requirements
- PhD/Masters in Computer Science/ Computer Engineering/ Statistics(or related).
- 24 years R&D in one or more: CV, NLP/LLM (e.g., IR, ER, prompting, reasoning, sentiment, guardrails), Generative AI (synthetic data), ASR/audio, LVLM, Embodied AI.
- Strong Python (C/C++ a plus) and deep-learning frameworks (PyTorch/TensorFlow/Keras).
- Solid stats/ML/DL foundations; analytical problem solver; up to date with literature.
- Clear communicator, well-organised, delivers under tight timelines; diligent with documentation.
Singaporean / PR only due to quota issue (No VISA sponsorship).
