Artificial Intelligence for Built Environment / Facilities Management Associate Trainer

Job Description

We are looking for Trainers to design and deliver training programs focused on Artificial Intelligence applications within the Built Environment and Facilities Management sector.

• Training subjects include AI-Driven Process Improvement, Predictive Maintenance, AI for Smart Security Operations, AI Powered Sustainability Reporting
• Deliver F2F or VLC training sessions for adult learners, including professionals, managers, and executives (PMETs).
• Able to contextualize latest information into course materials and conduct hands-on workshops.
• Review learner assignments and project work, providing constructive feedback and guidance to help them meet course objectives and industry expectations.
• Ensure training delivery meet SkillsFuture frameworks criteria and are aligned with current industry needs.

Job Requirement

• Degree/ Diploma in Engineering, Facilities Management, Computer Science, or related disciplines.
• Relevant certification in the field of Learning & Development such as ACLP or equivalent pedagogical certification.
• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant industry experience in Facilities Management, Building Operations, or related fields with subject matter knowledge in implementing or managing AI-driven solutions (e.g. predictive maintenance, IoT analytics, smart building platforms).
• Demonstrate familiarity with Singapore Built Environment Landscape, including key stakeholders - BCA,JTC and government initiatives (e.g. Smart FM, Green Plan 2030).
• Possess excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into practical and engaging lessons.
