Job Description
I'm working with a fast-growing technology company that is building AI-powered products and scalable platform capabilities to support smarter user growth and faster experimentation.
This role is ideal for a strong backend or full-stack engineer who enjoys turning AI capabilities into real, production-ready products.
You'll work closely with product, design, data, and engineering teams to own features end-to-end — from business requirements and system design through backend services, APIs, data models, deployment, and production iteration.
What you'll be working on:
- Build and iterate on core frontend/backend platform features
- Design scalable APIs, services, and data models
- Develop secure and reliable production backend systems
- Integrate LLMs / GenAI into real product workflows
- Build AI experiences that are understandable, verifiable, and reversible
- Work closely with product and business teams to turn ideas into usable products
- Contribute to engineering standards, code reviews, and delivery practices
What we're looking for:
- 3+ years of backend/full-stack engineering experience
- Strong foundation in system design, coding, and troubleshooting
- Experience with Python, TypeScript, Go, Java, Node.js or similar technologies
- Experience with relational databases and object/file storage
- Exposure to LLMs, RAG, AI Agents, tool/function calling, MCP, or GenAI applications
- Strong product sense and ability to own features from idea to production
- Comfortable using AI-assisted development tools while maintaining strong engineering quality
