Responsibilities
- Own End-to-End Features: Go from raw model capabilities to structured, reliable user experiences.
- Design Agent Workflows: Iterate on prompts, tools, memory systems, and orchestration.
- Optimize & Scale: Debug across the full stack, optimizing for latency, cost, and high production reliability.
- Build Eval Frameworks: Develop lightweight evaluation frameworks to measure real-world performance.
Qualifications
- You have a strong foundation in ML architectures with hands-on experience training, fine-tuning, or deploying models.
- You write clean, production-quality code and are comfortable moving across abstraction layers.
- You have a strong bias toward shipping, rapid iteration, and thriving in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.

- PyTorch / JAX
- LLMs (OpenAI APIs, LLaMA, Qwen, etc.)
- Inference/Serving (vLLM) & Vector DBs
