Responsibilities
- Architect, build, and deploy production-grade AI/ML solutions
- Investigate and assess emerging AI/ML methods and tools
- Work with data scientists to prepare and engineer reliable datasets for training and testing
- Create and maintain scalable, fault-tolerant machine learning pipelines
- Perform thorough model validation and ongoing performance monitoring
- Keep up-to-date with AI/ML research and industry best practices
- Help define and promote AI/ML development standards across the organization
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, AI/ML, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of software engineering experience with Python or TypeScript
- Demonstrated experience handling financial data and delivering AI/ML solutions for financial services
- Microsoft Azure experience
- Experience integrating third-party APIs and AI services
- Practical knowledge of Large Language Models and NLP
