- Facilitate engaging, hands‑on learning using real‑world tools, case studies, and enterprise scenarios.
- Guide learners through applied exercises, projects or assessments aligned to learning outcomes.
- Enrich classroom discussions with current industry insights, trends and implementation experience.
- Support required documentation and quality standards associated with programme delivery.
Job Requirement
- Relevant certification in the field of Learning & Development such as ACLP/ACTA or equivalent pedagogical certification.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant industry experience in AI, Data Science, Technology Consulting or Digital Transformation roles.
- Demonstrate expert knowledge in implementing, advising or leading AI initiatives in real‑world business contexts.
- Strong facilitation presence and ability to engage adult learners and working professionals across industries.
- Demonstrate experience in adult learning, corporate training, coaching or facilitation is preferred. Trainers without prior formal adult education certification may be supported through onboarding, co‑facilitation or development pathways where applicable.
