Our client are a creative and experiential agency that are growing their design team and looking for an Art director or Senior Art Director in their Singapore team.
As Art Director, you will drive the visual identity and design direction of various projects, ensuring high design standards and consistency across all outputs. You will act as a key creative advisor, supporting teams and clients alike with your deep knowledge and innovative design solutions.
Your role will entail:
- Leading the style, tone, and overall aesthetic of design projects.
- Offering expert design guidance to both internal teams and external partners.
- Championing creative excellence through thought leadership, inspiring peers, clients, and management.
- Enhancing the creative process with strategic input and hands-on design work.
Key Competencies and Experience
- A minimum of 7 years in a design-driven role within corporate, creative, or similar sectors, with a strong focus on 3D design.
- A background in events or experiential agencies is strongly preferred
- Proven ability to interpret creative briefs and provide insightful design advice to various stakeholders.
- A natural talent for translating concepts into compelling visual representations.
- Proficiency with design software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, PowerPoint, Acrobat, and related tools.
- Strong skills in hand drawing, and some copywriting to develop ideas into fully formed concepts.
- Experience managing client relationships and understanding client needs.
- A sharp creative eye combined with decisive thinking and a methodical approach to the design process.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a strong sense of cultural awareness.
- Confident, self-driven, and adaptable personality.
- Excellent communication skills across visual, verbal, and written formats.
