ART DIRECTOR

. Strong creative and conceptualizing skills.

. Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Photo editing & In Design software etc.

. Be comfortable leading a design project from brief to completion.

. Has good sense of eye on detail and able to complete task on deadlines.

. Have multimedia design knowledge will be added advantage.

. Identify the project's core message and target audience to brainstorm and create compelling visual ideas and concepts.

. Guide and manage a team of graphic designers, illustrators, and other artists to execute the project's vision.

. The ability to motivate, manage, and mentor a creative team, delegating responsibilities effectively.

. Strong presentation and communication skills to clearly convey their vision to team members and clients.

. Excellent ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and work under pressure to meet deadlines.

. The capacity to take feedback and criticism, adapt ideas to different needs, and work as a collaborative team player.
