Job Description
Art Director
- 6-8 years of experience in Design. Must have Advertising agency experience.
- Extremely proficient in Illustrator & Photoshop. Other software skills are a plus.
- Good communication skills.
- A well-curated work portfolio.
- Be a team player – be able to coach and be coached
- Able to function in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in managing teams
- Should have experience working for a variety of brands/products or services across various industries.
- A high level of comfort in presenting work both internally and to stakeholders with confidence.
- Coordinating with account managers to discuss the business objectives and requirements of the job.
- Developing design briefs by gathering information and data through research
- Thinking creatively to produce new ideas and concepts.
