Art Director (Advertising Agency) (KCKC)

Salary Range: $4000 - $6000

Job Scope:

• Develop strong creative directions across campaigns, events, and brand experiences
• Translate ideas into compelling visual and experiential executions
• Create presentation-ready key visuals, layouts, mockups, and campaign materials
• Contribute to spatial and experiential concepts for activations, launches, and branded environments
• Work closely with designers, producers, and project teams across markets
• Ensure ideas are aligned creatively while remaining practical and executable
• Maintain strong attention to detail, craft, and consistency across deliverables

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in a creative, advertising, or event agency environment
• Ability to translate concepts into compelling visual storytelling and real-world experiences
• Understanding of spatial design, audience engagement, and experiential touchpoints is advantageous
• Familiar with AI-assisted creative workflows
