Job Description:

- Design, develop, and deliver engaging and effective training programs for technicians

- Conduct hands-on training sessions on basic mechanical and electrical systems, diagnostic tools, repair techniques, and industry trends.

- Assess trainees performance, provide constructive feedback, and identify areas for improvement.

- Work with subject matter expert on individual systems in preparing training material and conducting training

- Collaborate with management to identify skills gaps and address them through targeted training initiatives.

- Facilitate both classroom and on-the-job training sessions.

- Evaluate training effectiveness and suggest improvements to ensure continuous learning and development.

- Maintain a positive and engaging learning environment for all participants.

Job Requirements:

- Experience in training or teaching capacity

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and accessible manner.

- Ability to engage and motivate trainees with diverse backgrounds and skill levels.

- Relevant certification in adult learning such as Workplace Learning Facilitator

- Experience with e-learning platforms and virtual training tools.

- Prior knowledge in armament systems will be preferred

- Strong organizational and time management skills.
