Area Sales Manager
Our Client, from a luxury brand is looking to hire an experienced Area Sales Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Drive and exceed revenue targets in alignment with agreed sales plans and objectives.
- Represent the brand as a strong ambassador across assigned markets, supporting overall brand positioning and growth strategy.
- Contribute to the development and execution of market expansion strategies within the assigned territory.
- Support the successful launch of new collections while ensuring consistent product replenishment and availability.
- Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term customer relationships to maximize sales opportunities and business growth.
- Partner with customers to identify expansion opportunities and enhance the brand's presence within their stores.
- Deliver comprehensive product, brand, and marketing training sessions to customers to drive sell-out performance.
Requirements:
- Strong achievement orientation with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to influence and close effectively.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with confidence in engaging diverse stakeholders.
- Minimum 5 years of on-the-field sales experience.
- Background in fashion, luxury, cosmetics, or FMCG environments is an advantage.
- Solid sales foundation with hands-on exposure to Trade Marketing and Visual Merchandising execution.
- Willingness and flexibility to travel extensively within Southeast Asia (SEA).
