Main Duties and Responsibilities:
People Management:
- Lead and manage a growing team of Sales and Customer Service to achieve sales
targets, customer satisfaction and performance goals.
- Conduct 1-on-1 pipeline meetings, monthly & quarterly performance reviews, annual
appraisals and any other necessary meetings or conversations.
- Set individual sales targets & measures (KPIs).
- Recruit sales people across South-East Asia (hunters), set targets & measures (KPIs),
train, coach and monitor performance ensuring assigned tasks and responsibilities are
fulfilled and expectations are met.
- Identify competency gaps within the team and develop plans to improve by arranging
training for each team member.
Sales and Sales Management:
- Identify target customers, plan the right approach for each target customer, pursue them
and, ultimately, convert them into clients.
- Produce and execute specific strategies and action plans, in line with the company overall
strategy, to expand our customer base, increase the profitability and effectiveness of the
team, ensure revenue objectives and KPIs are achieved.
- Oversee the sales activities, pipeline, opportunities, targets of the sales team.
- Track sales targets & measures, report results.
- Prepare and deliver Monthly Management Reports (MMRs).
Data Management & Admin:
- myCRM: activities, potentials, opportunities, quotes, targets, sales leads
- CGW1: assigned Sales per customer
- Financials: customer payment terms and credit limits
- Business claims and sales-related expenses
