Area Reliability Energy & Sustainability Engineer

• Permanent position, Salary up to $6,000 with AWS + Bonus
• Working location at Jurong Island
• Experience in Equipment Reliability and Maintenance is a MUST
• Experience in developing and executing sustainability programs, with a focus on energy efficiency, waste reduction etc

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies to enhance equipment reliability, minimize downtime, and improve asset performance while driving initiatives for continuous improvement in equipment reliability, lifecycle management, and operational efficiency.
• Gather and analyze performance data to identify trends, forecast equipment performance, and optimize maintenance strategies through data-driven predictive maintenance activities, ensuring optimal equipment performance.
• Provide troubleshooting expertise for manufacturing assets to minimize downtime by leading investigations into equipment failures, identifying root causes, and recommending solutions to prevent future occurrences.
• Lead the creation and execution of sustainability programs focused on waste reduction, carbon emission minimization, and promoting environmental responsibility, while exploring the integration of renewable energy sources for plant sustainability.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, Electrical, Environmental Engineering, Energy Management, or arelated field.
• At least 3 years of experience in reliability engineering and/or energy management, or sustainability in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in reliability engineering tools (FMEA, RCA) and energy management practices, including energy audits and renewable energy solutions.
