Job Summary
Lead and manage daily security operations and manpower deployment across assigned sites, driving operational excellence and client satisfaction through strategic planning, training, and performance management.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage day-to-day deployment and operations of security personnel across assigned sites to ensure effective security coverage
- Develop and execute manpower planning and forecasting for permanent and relief security personnel at individual sites to meet operational demands
- Design and deliver on-the-job training and refresher courses, including safety briefings and traffic management control, to enhance team competency and compliance
- Coordinate with internal management and client teams to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and address operational concerns
- Conduct thorough investigations and prepare detailed incident reports to support security operations and risk mitigation
- Perform regular site rounds and inspections to verify security personnel adherence to duties and gather client feedback weekly for continuous improvement
- Participate in weekly and monthly client meetings to contribute insights towards performance improvement plans and elevate service quality
- Compile and submit comprehensive weekly operational reports to management for review and decision-making
- Demonstrate effective interpersonal skills to collaborate with security personnel and cross-functional teams, fostering a cohesive work environment
- Manage time efficiently to meet tight deadlines and promptly fulfill customer expectations
- Utilize computer skills proficiently, including Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), to support reporting and communication
- Apply operational experience of at least 1 year to handle security operations effectively and adapt to dynamic site requirements
