We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Regional Sales Manager to oversee and grow our Italian restaurant business in the Asia region, with current operations of 2 outlets in Singapore. This is a senior management role for a results-driven leader with strong business development, customer service, and operational management expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and drive sales performance of existing outlets in Singapore
- Develop expansion strategies and business opportunities across Asia
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate partners, clients, and stakeholders
- Lead outlet managers and ensure high service standards
- Monitor budgets, revenue targets, and profitability
- Implement marketing and promotional initiatives to increase sales
- Ensure excellent customer satisfaction and brand reputation
- Analyse market trends and competitor activities
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of management experience, preferably in F&B, hospitality, or retail operations
- Proven track record in sales growth and business development
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
- Good business networking and relationship management skills
- Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills
- Willingness to travel when required
