F&B Area Manager

Key Responsibilities
- : Supervise daily activities across several locations, ensuring smooth opening/closing, adherence to SOPs, and consistent service/product quality.
- Financial Performance: Monitor sales, control budgets (labor, inventory), analyze P&L, and implement strategies to boost profitability.
- : Recruit, train, schedule, motivate, and coach outlet managers and staff foster a high-performance culture.
- : Handle complex guest complaints, gather feedback, and ensure high satisfaction levels to build customer loyalty.
- : Conduct regular audits for hygiene, cleanliness, and service ensure compliance with health/safety regulations (like SFA).
- : Analyze market trends, suggest menu/service improvements, support new store openings, and build landlord/tenant relationships.
- : Provide regular performance reports (sales, financials) to senior management.
