Area Manager (F&B)

Job Responsibilities

• To conduct audit & ensure that staff/supervisor adhere to company's SOP
• To maintain good relationship with the stall tenant
• To review and feedback on servicing carried out by vendors
• To conduct weekly check on cleanliness of the coffee shop
• To manage coffee shops in a designated region
• To conduct exit interview

Requirements

• Min 5 years of relevant experience with 2 years in managerial role, preferably in the F&B industry
• A positive work attitude and willingness to learn and contribute
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Self-driven and highly-motivated
• High degree of commitment and a good team player
• Able to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
• Have initiative, independent and well-organised
• Strong decision-making skills
• Able to think, plan, and execute autonomously
