We are a fast-growing bakery brand with multiple outlets across Singapore. s we continue to expand, we are looking for a capable and hands-on Area Manager to oversee and strengthen our retail operations.
Requirements
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in multi-outlet F&B or retail operations
Prior experience as Area Manager / Operations Manager preferred
Strong knowledge of retail operations, SOPs, cash control, and manpower management
Hands-on, detail-oriented, and firm with operational discipline
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Comfortable working on weekends, public holidays, and making site visits
Key Responsibilities
Operations & Performance
- Oversee daily operations of assigned bakery outlets to ensure smooth, efficient, and compliant operations
- Drive sales performance, productivity, and profitability across all assigned stores
- Ensure strict adherence to SOPs, food safety, cash handling, POS procedures, and company policies
- Conduct regular store audits, spot checks, and operational reviews
People Management
- Lead, coach, and develop Store Managers and outlet teams
- Ensure proper manpower planning, scheduling, and staff deployment
- Monitor staff performance, discipline, and attendance address misconduct promptly and fairly
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of outlet staff
Financial & Compliance Control
- Monitor daily sales, cash reconciliation, stock usage, and variance reports
- Investigate discrepancies, shrinkage, and operational issues implement corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with MOM regulations, hygiene standards, and landlord requirements
Customer Experience & Brand Standards
- Maintain high standards of product quality, presentation, and service consistency
Handle escalated customer complaints professionally and promptly
Ensure brand standards are upheld across all outlet
