Architecture Design Coordinator (Building Projects)

Our client, a big construction firm, is looking for Architecture Design Coordinators to join their team.

Basic Salary up to S$6.5K, comes with good VB!

Job Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with a team of BIM Modelers on design development and project coordination.

• Prepare and manage construction drawings, including shop drawing submissions and securing necessary approvals.

• Monitor and supervise on-site work progress, ensuring effective coordination with consultants, subcontractors, and the operations team.

• Participate in tender preparation and support related documentation processes.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Architecture with minimum 3 years relevant experience with a main construction firm

• Be able to read and understand construction drawings

• Has project experience in buildings / hotels

• Be meticulous, highly motivated and independent with excellent team spirit and interpersonal skills
