- Review, coordinate, and produce architectural shop drawings and related works for projects.
- Supervise and inspect architectural works carried out by subcontractors on site.
- Ensure compliance with architectural specifications, Singapore Building Codes, and quality standards such as BCA CONQUAS.
- Coordinate architectural services with other trades and manage scheduling, material requisition, cost control, and documentation.
- Monitor adherence to project timelines, quality, and safety standards.
Requirements:
- Degree in Building/Architecture or equivalent
- At least 5 years relevant experience in the Construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of Singapore Building Codes, regulations, and local quality standards.
- Familiarity with construction safety requirements
