Architectural Site Engineer / Site Manager (MRT Project)

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Architectural Site Engineer / Site Manager

to join our MRT project team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating architectural works on site, ensuring compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage architectural works at site including finishes, partitions, doors, ceilings, flooring and architectural fittings.

• Coordinate with main contractor, subcontractors, consultants and authorities (e.g., LTA) on site matters.

• Ensure all architectural works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications and method statements.

• Monitor site progress and resolve technical issues related to architectural works.

• Conduct inspections to ensure quality workmanship and compliance with project specifications.

• Coordinate with M&E and structural teams to avoid clashes and ensure smooth progress of works.

• Prepare and submit site reports, inspection records, and progress updates.

• Attend coordination meetings and liaise with relevant stakeholders.

• Ensure compliance with workplace safety and environmental requirements.

Requirements

• Degree / Diploma in Architecture, Building, Civil Engineering or related discipline.

• Minimum 3-8 years of relevant experience in building or infrastructure projects.

• Experience in MRT / LTA projects will be an advantage.

• Strong knowledge of architectural finishes and construction detailing.

• Able to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.

• Good coordination and communication skills.

• Able to work in a fast-paced construction environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working on Singapore infrastructure or rail projects.

• Familiarity with LTA specifications and quality requirements.

• Experience coordinating with multiple subcontractors and trades.
