Architectural Project Coordinator cum RTO

Job Description & Requirements

To successfully manage the Architectural works on the project with the objective of meeting the budgets, client satisfaction, on time completion.

To supervise and Inspect the Architectural works to ensure the works are of the expected quality and in accordance with the specifications, design intent and approved drawings.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure that contractors carry out their work in compliance with the prevailing regulations set up by the building authorities and government agencies of Singapore

. Inspect materials and workmanship of construction work.

. Coordination of works of architectural subcontractors and SWCs

. Coordinate with Consultants, Design and Construction team to resolve construction problems and site issues

. Coordination of architectural works and ensuring progress of architectural works on site is on schedule

. Reviewing requirements, codes, working drawings, shop drawings, and specs related to architectural works

. Preparing, reviewing and controlling RFI (Request for Information) related to architectural works

. Architectural planning, coordination with consultants and document control such as monitoring of sample submission, approval status of drawing

Job Specifications

. Diploma/Degree in Building Engineering or Architectural

. Minimum 5 years experience in Architectural coordination with A1 main contractor

. Preferably LTA projects experience

. Preferably understand BIM for design coordination

. Registered as Resident Technical Officer accredited by IES/ACES

. Have at least 2 year of RTO related experience
