Architectural Manager

Key Responsibilities

. Lead architectural design coordination and site execution for large-scale projects.

. Manage schedules, budgets, quality, and architectural deliverables.

. Review designs, shop drawings, materials, and technical submissions.

. Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and site teams.

. Conduct site inspections and resolve technical/architectural issues.

. Handle QM/PQP, RFI/RFA, Method Statements, DfS, and CONQUAS.

. Guide junior staff and ensure compliance with Singapore regulations and safety standards.

Requirements

. Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.

. 10-15 years of architectural/design management experience in Singapore.

. A1 Main Contractor and large-scale project experience preferred.

. Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks/BIM, and MS Office.

. Strong knowledge of Singapore building codes and regulations.
