Job Summary

You will manage architectural works by coordinating with consultants and sub-contractors, ensuring compliance with design specifications and smooth project progress on large-scale construction projects.

Responsibilities

Coordinate with consultants and sub-contractors to ensure timely and accurate follow-up on all technical architectural requirements
Perform routine inspections of architectural works to verify compliance with approved designs and specifications and to maintain project progress
Lead and guide project teams to uphold architectural standards and quality throughout large-scale construction projects

Preferred competencies and qualifications

Degree in Architecture or Building
Minimum 8 years of experience as an Architectural Manager on large-scale projects
Strong knowledge of architectural specifications and requirements
Demonstrated leadership skills to manage teams effectively
Working Hours: 5 days work week, or 6-days with alternate Saturdays off, subject to project requirements.
