Architectural Manager

Brief Summary:

This role involves overseeing architectural projects, ensuring compliance with specifications and regulations while leading design and project management efforts. The ideal candidate will drive quality and innovation in large-scale architectural undertakings.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the architectural planning and design phases for large-scale projects, ensuring solutions meet client expectations and regulations.
• Manage the architectural project lifecycle, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation, to achieve milestones within project timelines.
• Review and validate architectural designs for practicality and compliance with local building codes.
• Establish quality assurance protocols to ensure architectural work meets standards and regulatory requirements, conducting regular site inspections.
• Mentor junior architects and design staff, promoting professional development and fostering teamwork.
• Serve as the main point of contact for architectural matters, ensuring effective communication among all stakeholders.
• Collaborate with safety teams to implement safety plans and ensure adherence to site safety protocols.
• Stay updated with industry trends and seek opportunities to enhance project outcomes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• A minimum of 10 to 15 years of experience in architecture and design management, particularly in large-scale projects.
• Proficient in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, BIM Navisworks) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore's building regulations and safety standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to influence diverse teams.
• Experience managing large-scale commercial, residential, integrated, or industrial projects is highly desirable.
