Job Summary
Manage architectural project coordination and technical reviews to ensure compliance, quality, and timely delivery across building projects in Singapore's construction industry.
Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate architectural works on-site to integrate structural, mechanical, electrical, and architectural components seamlessly
- Review architectural drawings, specifications, and shop drawings to identify discrepancies and resolve technical issues ensuring buildability
- Ensure all architectural works comply with Singapore building codes, BCA regulations, and relevant statutory requirements
- Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and authorities to facilitate smooth project progression and secure timely approvals
- Oversee quality assurance procedures on-site to ensure architectural finishes meet industry standards
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Building Construction Management, Architecture, or related field
- 5 to 10 years of experience in architectural management or coordination within Singapore's construction industry
- Proficiency in architectural and project management tools such as BIM, Revit, and AutoCAD
- Strong knowledge of local building codes, construction methodologies, and safety regulations
- Leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to manage diverse project teams effectively
