ARCHITECTURAL MANAGER

Job Requirements

• Degree in Architecture or equivalent qualification.

• Minimum 8-10 years of relevant architectural experience, preferably with faade and site management experience.

• Strong knowledge of architectural detailing, faade systems, and construction processes.

• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and other architectural software.

• Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and teams effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee site works, inspections, planning, and daily site activities.

• Coordinate closely with sub-contractors, suppliers, consultants, and contractors on architectural matters.

• Supervise site teams and architectural team, ensuring proper workflow and productivity.
• Ensure safety compliance and adherence to site regulations and standards.
• Lead and manage architectural design coordination, including faade-related works.
• Review and ensure architectural drawings, specifications, and documentation meet project and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor site progress and ensure works are carried out according to approved drawings and schedules.
• Ensure architectural quality control and compliance with project specifications.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and resource planning related to architectural works.
• Resolve technical issues, design conflicts, and site coordination problems during project execution.
• Attend and contribute to project meetings with clients, consultants, and internal teams.
