Job Summary
Lead architectural planning and coordination for LTA project, managing teams and stakeholders to ensure timely, quality delivery of architectural works on site.
Responsibilities
- Plan and monitor architectural works progress, variation orders, and certification to meet project milestones
- Lead and coordinate a team of Architecture Coordinators to deliver design and coordination tasks effectively
- Develop architectural work schedules aligned with the overall project master schedule
- Review and validate reports and documentation from Architecture Coordinators for Consultant Progress and Technical Meetings
- Collaborate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and project teams to resolve design and construction challenges and ensure smooth project delivery
- Provide expert advice on architectural matters to support project decision-making and quality standards
Required competencies and certifications
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in the construction industry
- Degree or Diploma in Architecture or equivalent
