About our client: Our client is a leading Environmental Consultancy based in Singapore, specializing in sustainable infrastructure and environmental management projects.
About the role: We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead a high-profile infrastructure-related project involving design, construction, and fit-out works. This role will oversee end-to-end project delivery, working closely with multiple stakeholders and authorities to ensure successful execution.
- Lead and manage a cross-functional team comprising finance, contracts, engineering, and project management personnel
- Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders, including government agencies and external partners
- Manage tendering processes, including drafting specifications, evaluation, and award of contractors
- Oversee contract administration and ensure smooth execution of design and fit-out works
- Coordinate across multiple project interfaces to ensure alignment in design, timeline, and overall delivery
- Drive stakeholder engagement and ensure all technical and operational requirements are met
- Prepare and present project updates and proposals to senior management for approvals
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in compliance with requirements
About you:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Architecture, or related discipline.
- Minimum of 10 years of project management experience, preferably in environmental consultancy, infrastructure, or design & build projects.
- Proven experience in project management within construction, infrastructure, or fit-out environments
- Strong experience in tendering, contract management, and stakeholder coordination
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams
- Experience working with government agencies or large-scale projects is an advantage
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Able to manage complex, multi-stakeholder environments
- Strong leadership and coordination skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to balance technical and project delivery aspects
