Responsible for managing a team of Architectural coordinators and BIM Modellers in the design and coordination works
Attend technical and site meetings with consultants
Study Architectural drawings and coordinate Architectural works with the consultants and sub-contractors to resolve any technical / site issues
Architectural planning, coordination with consultants and document control such as monitoring of sample submission, approval status of drawing
Coordinating, organizing and preparing construction and architectural documents and drawing
Ensure Architectural works are carried out according to specifications / drawings
Inform Project Director / Project Manager on any technical / site problems pertaining to Architectural works
Supervise the progress of Architectural works on site
Coordination of sub-contractor's Architectural work and ensuring the work is on schedule.
Requirements
Degree in Architecture, preferably degree recognized by BOA
Minimum 10 years relevant experience as Architectural Manager in large scale projects, preferably in healthcare project. Relevant architectural field experience in the construction supervision of architectural works for projects of similar scale and complexity, and of high-rise buildings of at least 100m height experience is an advantage.
Responsible to ensure all architectural works including interior design works are carried out as per approved architectural drawings and specifications including interface details with Interfacing Contractors as per Coordinated Combined Services Model (CCSM) and Reflected Ceiling Plans.
Good knowledge of architecture specifications & requirements
