Architectural Lighting Designer

The Lighting Designer is responsible for managing architectural lighting design projects from concept through completion.

Responsibilities:
. Design Leadership: Concept design,schematic design and lighting layout development.
. Project Management: Lead coordination meetings with architects, interior designers and consultants.
. Technical Specifications: Select fixtures, create equipment schedules and verify circuiting loads.
. On-Site Execution: Supervise mock-ups, oversee installation, and direct final aiming and programming.

Requirements:
. Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Design or a related discipline
. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in lighting design, preferably across commercial, mixed-use or hospitality projects
. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office and DIALux
. Knowledge of AGi32, Revit or BIM software will be an added advantage
. Strong visual communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate design ideas through sketches and drawings
. Confident in coordinating with consultants, contractors and other project stakeholders
