Job Responsibilities
- Lead and manage project teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and in compliance with client and authority requirements.
- Oversee multiple projects from design stage through to completion, ensuring workflow practices align with company standards.
- Review and coordinate BIM models, drawings, submissions, clash detection, construction, and as-built documentation.
- Liaise with authorities, consultants, and stakeholders to secure approvals and maintain strong partnerships.
- Support business development through participation in project proposals and procurement efforts.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Architecture or equivalent professional accreditation (e.g. BOA).
- Minimum 3 years experience in architectural project delivery from concept to completion.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Photoshop, and rendering tools (e.g. Lumion/Enscape).
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements, technical detailing, contract administration, and stakeholder management.
