Job Summary

You will prepare detailed architectural designs and drawings for submissions, tenders, and construction. You will manage authority submissions and coordinate with relevant authorities to secure timely approvals and clearances.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed architectural designs, tender drawing sets, and construction drawing sets for submission, tender, and construction purposes
• Produce authority submission drawings and documents, including Technical Requirements, Fire Codes, Green Mark, and Buildability Score Calculations
• Submit drawings and documents to relevant authorities to obtain clearances and approvals for DC/BP and TOP/CSC
• Coordinate correspondence and consultations with Planning and Building Authority Officers to facilitate approvals
• Apply competency in Corenet submissions and adhere to prevailing BIM submission standards and local authorities procedures
• Perform site coordination tasks to ensure alignment between design and construction activities
• Utilize AutoCAD and Autodesk Revit Architecture software to develop architectural drawings
• Work independently to manage assigned tasks and meet project deadlines

Required competencies and certifications

• Recognized ITE/NTC or Diploma in Architecture
• Intermediate level with 3 to 5 years of relevant architectural experience
• Hands-on experience with AutoCAD and Autodesk Revit Architecture
• Competency in Corenet submissions and familiarity with BIM submission standards and local authorities procedures

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience with Building Information Modeling (BIM)
