Hands on experience with Autocad, Auotdesk Revit Architecture
Experienced with BIM would be an advantage
Relevant experience and competency in Corenet submissions and is familiar with prevailing BIM submission standards and local authorities submission procedures
Experienced in site co-ordination works
Able to work independently
Job scopes:
Prepare Architectural detailed designs, tender drawings set, construction drawings set required for submission, tender and construction.
Produce Authority submission drawings and documents such as Technical Requirements, Fire Codes, Green Mark, Build ability Score Calculation,etc
Submission to Relevant Authorities to obtain clearance/approval of DC/BP and TOP/CSC and to secure all necessary approvals and technical clearances timely
Correspondence and consultation with Planning and Building Authority Officers
